I don't know if you have some rare form of color blindness that makes red hard to distinguish from blue, or if you simply don't understand what monochrome means, but there are several obviously distinct hues in this image.
Monochrome? Hardly. Though I suppose you might be color blind in the blue spectrum if you perceived it as such. Or your monitor may need color calibration.
