This skin uses Cecilia Schariac on the shirt and for the doll on her back, not Misteln. The description for the skin alludes to their resemblance and Misteln's rising popularity, but it's a comical way of getting on Kira's nerves, since she loves Cecilia but hates Misteln for "stealing" her appearance.
