I think he's referring to a recent upload surge in yukkuri guro comics (courtesy of Tea-kun himself, of course). Unfortunately (at least for him) all of which never made it past the 72-hour approval deadline (for obvious reasons). Yes, there's yukkuri guro here (see bean paste), but that's just about it - chances are they were uploaded during the early days of this site, left untouched after the OYP was born to accommodate such works. Afterwards it was all family-friendly. Until Tea-kun decided to become a jackass & start re-uploading yukkuri guro here.
Here's a tip, Tea-kun: Read the atmosphere (like Iku) of this place. It should be crystal-clear by now that yukkuri guro is welcome no more in this place. There's a time & place for the kind of work you upload, & obviously this ain't the place.
Danbooru is infested with people who are just into the overly-sentimental cutesy stuff (or just hentai... lots and lots of hentai), and we're denying a few pictures about these bean-paste-filled abominations simply because they're being squashed.
It's silly, but what can I do? Go on loving your "kawaii" shiz'...
Harmless question, I hope, but isn't it a bit hypocritical to condemn posting yukkuri abuse when there's a shitton more of actual guro on danbooru?
I mean, sure, this sort of yukkuri abuse is disgusting and horribly obscene and I can understand why people wouldn't want it here, but guro is even worse and more horrific in content and quality, and yet it's being uploaded onto the site without as much a question of content as any of the things Tea uploaded.
It doesn't make any sense why this stuff is where the line apparently gets drawn at. Manjuu with beanpaste and slurred speech and crying is a big no-no, but blood, dismemberment, and mutilation - many of them being in full colour, and in significantly higher quality than any yukkuri abuse pictures, mind you - is a-okay?
Obviously many people here can't stomach the prospect of abusing, torturing & killing cute things, especially if they're based on a harmless failed attempt to render Reimu & Marisa on Shift_JIS. I can presume that Danbooru restricts the definition of "yukkuri shiteitte ne" as generally safe images of any character (not just from the Touhou series) depicted as a disembodied, deformed head with strange facial expressions, not an entire fan-made corpus based on the meme (a large part of which involves torture, abuse & violence). Speaking of fan-made corpus, we might as well blame Makako for starting the entire "yukkuri = manjuu" thing. Good news: her works are all safe-for-work. Bad news: she has stopped doing yukkuri work after some troll made a NSFW edit of her work. As of present Danbooru's yukkuri content counts over 1200, whereas OYP has over 16400 - majority of which are NSFW (& whatever SFW content it has amounts to only around 8% - as many as Danbooru's yukkuri content).
There's a time & place for everything. I'm neither a yukkuri lover or hater, but judging by the general consensus on this site some things need to stick to their place.
But that was during the early days of yukkuri coverage on this site, left untouched after the OYP was made to accommodate this kind of work once it became apparent that yukkuri guro won't be tolerated anymore on this place.

It makes sense when you realize that it's not the content, but the quality, that is the grounds upon which these pictures are objectionable.
"Extreme guro", not lesser forms, are what violates the TOS - and what constitutes "extreme" is determined by the mods. Much of depth bomb's stuff I find objectionable, but as it's not seen as "extreme" in many cases...

Don't think that's true as I've never seen NSFW edits of Makako's work. I believe like all yukkuri artists, she just got bored after a while, though she eventually ended up doing art for the game "life with yukkuri". Lately she's been posting up newer stuff though.
