Well, he managed that much in the series, even without Geass. It's a nice picture, inacurate or not.

By watching the series. Lulu tries this on C.C. near the beginning of R1 and it doesn't work.

"This" what? Geassing her? Taking her code? You couldn't possibly be any more specific? ("Watching the series" indeed...)
Lelouch can't be trying to take her code, because he only found out that a sufficiently advanced geass can do this halfway through R2. And he only ever tried to geass C.C. in R1 ep15, hardly the beginning of R1, and the scene is plainly completely different. Maybe you were watching some other series.
My problem with this picture is that C.C.'s code (right there on her forehead) should make her immune to geass, but she is obviously being geassed anyway.
Seriously, if anybody can make sense of this picture, other than 'artistic screw-up', please be so good as to share.

I do think that Lelouch didn't die in the final episode, he may have taken the code, but did not killed CC, thus becoming a being that cannot die when hes killed /<-pun/, and geassed CC.

Thats my canon, feel free to "attack" it.

I'm pretty sure that if Lelouch has a code, it would be VV's code that Charles took. After all Lelouch killed Charles using his powered up Geass... is that not how one takes the code in the first place?
