I'm hoping the artist gives an explanation for shit-hat Sanae like he did for Sakuya and her clown makeup.

I'd assumed that the jar of water in that post was the "faith meter" she talks about being full, and that she was talking about Kanako and Suwako figuratively rather than thinking they were actually physically there with her.
