I haven't played B&W yet, so can anybody tell me if there really is an event where N takes the protagonist for a ferris wheel ride? I saw this referenced more than once.
Yes, when you get to Raimon City, you battle N in front of the ferris wheel, you ride it afterwards and N reveals that he is the leader of Team Plasma and his goal while you're riding.
