I've got a bad feeling that Marisa and Nitori are going to loose. From their own assault, they look plain worn out... and it looks like other than Reimu's balance being thrown out, they really didn't have anything to show for it...

The fact that Remilia is only NOW stepping in does show how little they see them as a threat. That uninterest may either bite them in the ass in the end, or just make them look like dicks throughout the rest of the series.

Well compared to some of the other teams, they were on the weak end and unlike Mokou and Kaguya, aren't masters of the asspull. It's a nigh-certainty that Marisa and Nitori will lose, but the question is how much of a fight will they put up before it happens.
Man, the only teams that even stand a chance against these two is Heaven And Sky Combination or Lost Servants, and Lost Servants can only because of Suika... This is just harsh...

Which makes me said because Marisa and Nitori are the only ones I really wanted to see win. Plus Reimu and Remi are kinda getting boring to me for some reason.
I suddenly realized something. Aya is the most powerful person in Gensokyo. She's been in the ring in every single match but has never shown a single sign of being fatigued from being in the special barrier, that's amazing stamina.

She looked a little tired before this match. She's also not fighting. Aya moves around a lot to keep out of the fighter's way, which is why we don't see much of her, but she's still not exerting herself much.

But everyone gets drained at a steady rate regardless of whether they do anything or not, think back to what Byakuren said about time running out for her power inside the barrier.
Honestly there's no real way Marisa and Nitori are going to win this match. From reading this comic from the start it feels like it's building up to a finale between Scarlet 75% and Lost Servants. In other words the final matchup will be the two that got ditched versus the two who ditched them.
Also another blow to Marisa and Nitori's chances of winning is that they got a bye. The winners of fictional competitions usually start at the lowest bracket. To have a bye is to have no chance of winning.
Then there's the chance of me being totally wrong and the finals will be between the Immortals and the Kirisame Family due to them both having strategy up their sleeves that will result in a highly meta match. But then again when have the plotters ever won.

I actually think that Heaven and Sky Combo might end up at the finals due to how much has gone into getting them into the matches. Think about it, both of them were wanting to be in the competition since they first heard of it all the way back at the beginning of the comic but weren't allowed to and were messed with by the administration. The Underground went through allot of effort just to get them a reserve match and then they sacrificed their other team in order to give them a shot at actually participating. They're also one of the only teams to fight completely clean and they don't have severe issues between themselves (Though I can see how Dei could engineer one), plus, they're very powerful, all they need is training during the next down time to overcome their weaknesses in actual wrestling and they could easily be the best team next to Red 75%. And one MORE thing! They also have arguably the purest motives in this tournament, they just want to have fun wrestling.
Your claim to Lost servants getting to fight Red 75% isn't full proof either, Meiling and Flandre wanted to go up against Remilia but they didn't get the chance. Since Heaven And Sky Combo has to fight two matches in a row next time they fight, I doubt their loss will be from the first of those two matches, it would likely either be in the second match or they could pull through with an amazing victory after going through two fights.
Personally, I think it doesn't matter whether Tenshi+Okuu or Sakuya+Suika wins, because I suspect the winner is Kaguya+Mokou bait anyway. (My money's on Suikuya, since that way Sakuya can almost get to have her match with Remi but then lose at the last minute, but I could see it going either way.) Then we'll have Reimu+Remi verus Sanae+Suwako, and we'll get to see which miko the readers irrationally hate for no apparent reason the most. Finally, the final round will be Reimu and Remi versus Kaguya and Mokou, and I don't know who will win but I'm sure the winning team will not go home happy.

I thought it was just weird phrasing the first time, but yeah, now it seems like that's actually their plan.

Well, that's sort of how it works, isn't it? If I remember right, in boxing, you punch someone hard enough that their brain's jarred around and they can't focus. Too much of this causes the target to fall unconscious, counting as a KO. This is wrestling, so the premise is the same, just with more grappling, and a successful pin lets you win.
You can try and win by fatiguing someone with constant attacks, but since they know Reimu's having none of that, they'll have to go with weakness exploitation.

Because, as has been mentioned in-story, the tournament has a severe heel shortage.
Gauging Self's LimitRemilia. Her guard is intense as well! This time, we're gonna shake your brain up real nice from this height.
- MarisaI won't be able to handle this one alone.
- ReimuEpisode 731: Not AloneFrom the Artist's Pixiv page. You'd better prepare yourself.
- MarisaGot it.This is the first time for her to act in this match!!As expected from a vampire! Thanks.Maybe that was too light...?It's sure hard to hold back my melee attacks against a human opponent. And Remilia has intercepted!
