The pool is tagged "Ronald's past", but that's not correct, since the story does not stop at Ronald's insanity, but also introduce the Hamburglar (who came out of nowhere before), and explains several things who were omitted in earlier pool (like what's happening to Suika, and why Ronald attacked the SDM).
Can you believe this whole thing was created because of just one video about Ronald's insanity?
I'm still very much confused. It sucks to receive these in such a weird order. So many gaps in the story it's too much. Hopefully someone can figure out the order of things and help link the stories as such.
Ronald somehow ended up in Gensokyo. He's also crazy but has a seal that prevents the crazy from taking over. Seal's wearing away but he still wants to do good and make children happy.
Something about Eirin. I'm still confused whether the drugs were to weaken him and let the seal rot faster or as a backup to prevent Ronald's full power coming out when the seal finally breaks.
Hamburgler ends up in Gensokyo too for some reason and searches for Ronald but is too late when he finally finds him. Jump to the other story with Suika on a rampage then jump back here to where Hamburgler wakes up.
Hamburgler asks Reimu for help/to let him help. 'Burgler finds Reimu similar to Ronald in some aspects while Reimu finds similarities between 'Burgler and Marisa too so she lets him help. Jump to the Myoren temple story.
I believe the pills were to slow down the inner Donald (the batshit crazy one) from taking over, by reducing the rate at which he was regaining his power, as opposed to fully sealing him away, probably because she didn't know how to do it / it was impossible to prevent inner Donald from coming out. In other words, she could only delay the inevitable.
Well part 2 does have the touhou characters showing up. The 1st part is more about Ronald and Hambugular. Thanks for those links. I read them all in 1 go and man, it was glorious.

Well, after reading your comment, I decided to browse through them myself. I can't understand Japanese, but I think I have a better feel for the backstory now.
It starts 20 years ago, Gumon broke out of prison, and breaks Hamburglar out to be his ally, Gumon beget much mayhem and destruction. Donald starts attacking back against Gumon's henchmen. In a battle against Hamburglar, Donald defeats Hamburglar and spares his life. Donald has some typical line about saving everyone.
Donald goes off to face Gumon, who reveals that there is additional backstory between the two of them, and Donald was also a sinister force in the past. Gumon has Donald pretty beaten up, and as Gumon is preparing to shoot an energy blast the giant mouth on his stomach, Hamburglar punches Gumon in the back and he explodes. Donald welcomes Hamburglar to Donaldland and Hamburglar works to begin his life anew there. It's the first time in his life and he's ever been welcomed somewhere, and he sees beyond the greed of his past, to the value of friendship, and hamburgers.
Part 2: It's been 20 years, and Donaldland has declined to almost nothing. Donald, Burglar, and Grimace are on a small floating island of rock, and Birdie says her farewell as she dissipates to nothingness. The world no longer needs Donaldland and it and all its beings are crumbling apart. Donald is shedding tears, and Burglar has descended into melancholy. Then, Donald hears a voice saying something about a grudge? Had to look that up just now. Donald is possessed by Gumon, who starts slavering for food. He punches a hole in reality and leaps through. Yukari confronts him shortly after he emerges from the crack he's opened in reality. Grimace starts pondering what they can do to save Donald, Hamburglar is just disconsolately accepting his end. Grimace gets fed up with and picks up Hamburglar and screams at him. Grimace says that Hamburglar, just like Donald, is a hero, and that he should be able to do something to save him. Grimace tells him to follow Donald through the dimensional crack, and to take Grimace life and power to do so. As their small platform steadily crumbles away to nothing, Burglar thrusts his hand through Grimaces body, Grimace dissolves away, forming Hamburglar hat and cape in the process. Hamburglar is standing on the air, screams "Donald" as he leaps through the crack. Ran is tending to an unconscious Yukari, and the scene changes yet again to Donald, the seal place on him by Yukari manifests on his back, and Gumon is sealed away. Before Gumon is completely sealed away, he digs a hole and buries himself in the bamboo forest. Which takes us to the beginning of this chapter.
Thank you for helping me!
