Would you think a woman is always willing to have sex? No.
Men and women are different, men are bound by primal instincts to constantly want to mate, to impregnate females. If you don't find yourself aroused thinking of doing to nitori what's displayed in this picture, you are either gay or a serious pedophile. Dealwithit.jpg

Women and men often have much different sex drives, considering how the main male drive is to "knock up every fuckable female you can" (obviously most guys in relationships resist this impulse)

Because testosterone.
Interesting fact: The hormone that causes the female sex drive? It's also testosterone. Even though it's the male hormone, it's the only hormone that really is responsible for seeking sex, and that's why there's a medical basis for men wanting sex more than women. Men have more of The Male Hormone, after all.
The notion that women lose interest in sex as they age? They stop producing most of what testosterone they do produce, especially as they leave their child-bearing years (no point in it, biologically, after that).
Sex drive is entirely hormonal, and without testosterone, yes, you'd lose basically all interest in sex, unless it was to gratify some alternative psychological need. (I.E. someone who wants to have dominant sex to feel more in control of their life.)
A man who has no interest in sex is a man who has abnormally low testosterone levels. Whether that's a "disease" or not is up to how much those "cure low testosterone" pills can pull in as a profit.

That really depends on what you mean by "interest" - desire or urge. The two aren't always the same. A desire being something thought out and an urge being a random impulse that can't be reasoned with. An example being that I have the urge to binge on fast-food. But I have the desire to see the age of thirty.
A man may have the urge to sleep with a woman but might not actually want to for some reason - knowledge that she has some disease/prior commitment like a girlfriend or vow of celibacy/some kind of psychological issue. Or in this case the guy in the picture might be under the impression that Nitori will kill and consume him afterwards. Some youkai eat people, right?

In short, the dude might actually like what's happening if he wasn't about to (possibly) die?

This is why people should use Google before they post "facts" on the internet.

8 months later, I wonder why I am so close-minded.
