If the peeper is not a girl, then the trap tag would be needed. He/She has their hair in a pony tail and is wearing a skirt. I suspect that it is a girl... although why she'd need to peep I don't know. It could be to hide the nosebleed.

I'm pretty sure that's a telescope and not a cannon.
