For images that have been resampled, there is an issue with translation notes. If the Note is added to the resampled image, it does not adjust properly when you view the original image. If the Note is added to the original image, it does not adjust properly when you view the sample image.

In the meantime, what should we do? Should we adjust notes so that they are "in line" with the sample images? Should we adjust notes so that they are "in line" with the original images?
Since the resampling was only recently introduced, the majority of notes should be inline with the original images.
