Aliasing multiple_legs -> extra_legs.
Reason: To match extra arms.

Would it be unreasonable to perhaps use multiple_legs where the additional legs would be normal (such as spider girls, insect girls or monsters) as opposed to having an additional set of legs (ie "extra" like in post #10476 and Okuu's 3rd leg in post #939212)?

That sounds reasonable. Break up the multiple arms --> extra arms alias to match?
I wasn't quite sure with multiple_arms and extra_arms, since as far as what we'd consider normal there are plenty natural examples of multiple legs but I wasn't sure if the same could be said about multiple arms. If there are cases of having additional arms that we'd consider normal, I'd have no problem supporting the idea of doing my proposal with the arms tags as well.
Also if we wanted extra and multiple legs still linked we could have extra refer specifically to the abnormal cases and have it implicate multiple legs, which would be a catchall for all cases. That way one could do a multiple_legs -extra_legs search to still find the "normal" cases.
