I want find all posts with tagged artists who has no artist wiki/info page. Is it possible?

No. /tags has an option for normal wiki pages, but not artist pages.

Toks opened up issue #2504 for a 'has artist entry' option, so keep an eye on that.

I tried search without setting "yes" on that option and it works.
But with "yes" isn't working. Error message "ERROR: column reference "name" is ambiguous LINE 1: ...sts ON tags.name = artists.name WHERE (true) AND (name LIKE ... ^ "

Which feature? You can find artist tags that don't have wikis or artist entries by using the options on the tags page: https://danbooru.donmai.us/tags?commit=Search&search[category]=1&search[has_artist]=no&search[has_wiki]=no&search[hide_empty]=yes&search[order]=date
