All right. I updated the first post and BUR with every possible multicolored item I found through the tag search. If I missed anything, if there's an inconsistency, or you don't agree with an implication, please let me know so I can fix it ASAP.
EDIT: Also created the primary multicolored wiki.

The bulk update request #965 has been approved.
I removed multicolored_hair from the mix because it doesn't conform to "null-color" rules defined in the multicolored wiki (and also because it has more posts than everything else combined times ten). Matoi Ryuuko with her black hair with a single red strand conforms to multicolored_hair, but I wouldn't tag multicolored because of that.
Also removed tags with less than 10 posts, will run a mass update for those.
mass update multicolored_apron -> multicolored_apron multicolored_clothes apron
mass update multicolored_boots -> multicolored_boots multicolored_clothes boots
mass update multicolored_eyelashes -> multicolored_eyelashes multicolored eyelashes

Updated the multicolored wiki accordingly...
Still, should Matoi Ryuuko be considered a case of highlights instead of multicolored hair... for others, two-toned hair or streaked hair could be applicable instead. If so, then multicolored hair could be added back into the mix.

All of those things imply multicolored hair though. As does gradient hair which could be a gradient between black/grey/white.
