Before I can do anything with these two tags, some existing aliases/implications need to be reviewed.

Is that how you have to do it? I tried the regular way and it didn't work, so I assumed it was temporarily locked due to the mass update.

From what I can tell, the two existing aliases for senran_kagura were from when the game was in pre-release and the proper romanization was unknown. i think they can just be dropped at this point.

everything else ought to just implicate the new senran_kagura. would these aliases need to be removed and then re-added after the main alias?

Yeah, for tags with over 1000 posts you need an admin or a BULK update to do it.
