Tagging IRL transgender people

Posted under Tags

So be careful about calling people bigots for not sharing your point of view. The same arguments you use against others can be turned around against you.

I think I can agree with this to some extent, but it could also be spun to suit certain views.

Back to the topic at hand, I occasionally post futanari/newhalf content myself. But with all things considered and obviously different people having different views, I have very strong doubts that we can come to a unanimous decision on this subject anytime soon (as has already been suggested by others, I know). That being said, I think more people need to educate themselves about trans individuals, intersex, etc. before making rash judgments on the subject.

Peace.

post #4656301 can be tagged as 1girl 1boy without needing hetero, since we have the futa with male tag & subtags.
We already have more gender tags than yaoi/yuri/hetero, so insisting on tagging the post with them is just stubbornness.

I'm sorry I have to keep calling comments bigotry, but that's what they are: constant affirmations that Natalie Mars, a person who is a flat-chested/small-breasted woman (with a penis), doesn't fit their view of a female.
If I said that posts of males without muscles should be retagged, since it doesn't fit my narrow viewpoint of what the male body looks like, I would be ridiculed. Same for posts of women with flat chests.

Again, we are tagging what's in the picture, not what's being referenced. That the real person identifies as a woman has no bearing on how we use the gender tags. If the drawn character in the picture looks like a boy with zero ambiguity (such is the case here, as it's naked and with genitals in full view) it should get the 1boy tag.

You're free to accuse people of bigotry, but then those same people are free to disregard your arguments for not making valid points. So far all your arguments have been about the real person, not the actual drawing.

"women with flat chests" still have vaginas. Insisting that that image should be tagged as 1girl despite the clear lack of any vagina makes as much sense as saying post #4428552 should be tagged as dog. Arguing bigotry doesn't do anything to change how tags are defined to describe what's in the image and help people search for what they're actually looking for.though I still think the changes to newhalf / futa fly in the face of this
Incidentally, how would you argue the image should be tagged if Natalie Mars were to hypothetically identify as non-binary instead? Can you answer that in a way that allows for logical, consistent tagging?
