create implication game_cg -> official_art

There are currently 42'060 posts under game_cg, 164'906 under official_art, 35'449 under game_cg -official_art, and 6611 under game_cg official_art. It seems we are using these tags inconsistently now, any many things that could be considered official_art are not due to having game_cg. Additionally, this is further complicated by things like Touhou's many fangames. Should art from a fan game be considered official_art? I would say yes, because game cgs are always "official" in the context of their game.

I propose implying game_cg to official_art. If it is undesirable to have game_cg imply official_art because of fangames, it would have to be gardened manually. If it is undesirable to have game_cg imply official_art at all, there should be a mass update to remove it from the posts it is already on.

I don't agree with the "game cg of a fan game is official art of that game" argument. I think if people are looking for official art, they're looking for something made by the original creator of the official copyright. Stuff made by, or approved by, ZUN is official Touhou art. Game cg of "Labyrinth of Touhou" is not official Touhou art. Treating fangame art as official art just confuses people about what is or isn't "official".

Wouldn't "approved by ZUN" also cast a pretty wide net though? I thought the requirements for getting the OK on touhou stuff was pretty lax, which was why there was this whole drama about a new "officially licensed" touhou game earlier in the year.

Approved by ZUN =/= official, canon.
The gachas needed to get special permission by ZUN to be published because they skirt his publishing rules.

All of the commercially released Touhou "fangames" are definitely a grey area in this. Lost World, Cannonball, Gensou Wanderer, ect. Imo I think those are fine to tag official art, for being actual commercial releases that ZUN okayed, even if his own direct involvement was minimal to non-existant.

I get what you mean, but where would you draw the line?
There are dozens of copyrights.
Why should Luna Nights' works be tagged as Official Art, because the games are on Steam, and not Touhouvania?

Approved or not, they aren't released under ZUN's official/conventional "Touhou [number].[number]" model unlike his own games and Tasofro's fighting games, so I wouldn't consider those official.
