Implying Ace Combat 7 to series tag

BUR #9281 has been approved by @evazion.

create implication ace_combat_7 -> ace_combat

Should be self-explanatory: Implying the game tag to the catch-all series tag. Better late than never I guess.
On another note, could probably discuss aliasing ace_combat to ace_combat_(series) for clarity as well, given the existing implications it already has.

If it's possible to distinguish Ace Combat 1 from Ace Combat the series, then yes, it should be aliased to Ace Combat (series).
