I think these are two distinct things. Bralines are just that, lines which shape you can make out under the clothes but you can't visually see the bra itself. Bra visible through clothes is when you can see the bra itself, were it due wetness, transparent material or what else.

The translated tag 透けブラ is in both wikis. Which one should have it?
"透け" literally means to be "transparent" or "sheer" and the Pixiv Encyclopedia spells it out as the tag meaning "a bra being visible through thin fabric, particularly if wet". So it would probably fit best on bra visible through clothes, where it's the bra itself and not just its impression/outline that's being seen. "スケブラ" is the same thing, just spelled out in katakana.
"浮きブラ" is described as "where the unevenness of the bra is exposed, or where the bra sits above the bare skin", so it probably fits better for bralines where it is.
