create alias arcane_ekko -> firelight_ekko
Arcane Ekko doesn't exist as a skin and just means "Ekko from the Arcane series". But Firelight Ekko is the skin dedicated to exactly this. People keep on tagging "arcane ekko" which is why it also can be aliased to the original skin tag.
