pov hand alias

create alias pov_hands -> pov_hand
create alias hand_pov -> pov_hand
remove alias hand_pov -> pov_hand

redundant tags + make main tag singular since a lot of the times there's only one hand

pov_hands isn't unclear. It contains 10,000 posts whereas hand_pov contains 7. Just rename hand_pov.

keeping the alias so it won't get repopulated in the future, but I don't mind if we decide it’s not necessary. I'm not moving pov hands to hand pov? I'm moving it to pov hand because there aren't always two hands.

With how the new autocomplete works, a reverse order alias isn't necessary anymore.

Aliasing this for now.

An observation: most of our pov tags start with pov: pov crotch, pov across table, pov doorway etc. It's probably because of historical reasons to avoid having a million aliases, and with the new autocomplete it's probably a good time to correct and standardize them all, though we should do this in a single BUR.
