colored jabot implications

colored jabots are in fact jabots. there are four more colors with too few posts to be implicated; there may be some jabots hiding away in colored ascot tags that should be reassigned.

jabot is usually tagged as ascot fyi. I don't know if anyone cares enough to distinguish them. We had to alias cravat to ascot for the same reason, most users aren't able to tell them apart.

yeah, I figured that was why jabot seemed undertagged. I pushed it because we have the tags, but would also be fine with aliases tbh.
