create alias blinds -> window_blinds
Both terms are very commonly used to refer to the collapsible window shades, but the latter is more "proper", less ambiguous, and at least gives users unfamiliar with the term blinds a chance by showing up in the autocomplete when typing window_*. Also, as a side effect, it may reduce the number of window shade (which should get renamed anyways) mistags for the same reason stated above.
