Tag list help

Just recently the website doesnt allow me to add any tags to a already searched tag. What i mean is, if I had tag already in the search bar I was able to add another tag with the + icon. Or if i was on a post, i was able to add another tag easy by pressing that + icon under the tag list. Now its not there, instead it gives me the ? icon. Was there a change to the website?

Changes

• Character, copyright, and meta tags are now nested in the tag list. For example, Saber implies Artoria Pendragon, so Saber is nested beneath Artoria Pendragon with a ↳ arrow.
• Removed the "+ -" links next to tags in the tag list. These links were only present for Gold+ users.
