BUR #24081 has been approved by @nonamethanks.
create implication tooth_earrings -> earrings
popular and unique type of earrings that are comprised of a singular (usually sharp) tooth. feel like this deserves the implication as the other unique earrings listed in the earrings wiki do.
I suppose this bur would pad tooth a lot more so I removed the tooth implication
perhaps I should specify in tooth earrings wiki to not tag tooth unless the image clearly focuses on the earrings (?)
either way I still think the earrings implication is pretty fair since it's a real type of earring. and it's when I made this bur that I realized earrings wasn't being implied whenever I tagged Shiver and Frye with tooth earrings. (I still need to populate them with multiple earrings as well since they both have 3 tooth earrings)
