Alias Gluteal fold peek to Underbutt

BUR #25497 has been rejected.

create alias underbutt -> gluteal_fold_peek

Both tags appear to refer to the exact same thing: the lower parts of the butt cheeks being exposed by clothing. "Underbutt" (tag created in 2021) was likely created as an informal term for the proper "gluteal fold peak" (created in 2018).

I would rather switch the aliases because underbutt matches underboob.

Alternative (as per forum #278032) if that way is better than the original proposed bur.
