create alias new_york -> new_york_city
remove alias new_york -> new_york_city
The New York tag is slightly misleading, as it's simply named "New York," despite being for NYC only, not the whole state. I assume this is because we have many foreign users who would think only of the city when they hear NY, but we have tagged locations and sports teams from the Upstate and Long Island areas such as Niagara Falls, Watkins Glen International, Buffalo Bills, and New York Islanders. Other American states that have their own tags have separate tags for cities and the state itself such as Florida/Miami.
Too big to simply rename, so I'm creating/removing an alias instead.
