create implication midriff_tattoo -> tattoo

Going off the back of the BUR in topic #32476 I found quite a few tattoo related tags that do not yet imply tattoo.
I propose that they should.

Similar to how swastika_tattoo implies swastika, some of the tattoos above can imply the thing they are a tattoo of.

There are other tattoo tags that could have this change made too. They're in the sub-100 tag count range.
Some of them come off as a bit silly to me (centipede_tattoo? mushroom_tattoo?) because it seems like people will sometimes tag anything that can be depicted in a tattoo, which is pretty much as broad as the total amount of things that can be tagged on Danbooru. For that reason, I've left those out of the implications for now, because I'm not really certain they should even exist.

it's not too unlike the *_print tags, where basically everything that is printed on clothing that someone cared enough to tag has its own tag. i can't recall if there's a consensus in favor of removing such hyperspecific tags, but they still exist, so probably not.

also love how every single mushroom tattoo post is Princess Peach, all from different artists. funny how people independently come to the same conclusion sometimes.

I think it's likely that no one has noticed or questioned this particular case of hyperspecificity, but since we don't know one way or the other whether it's a good way of doing things and I'm not looking to attempt to construct a consensus for or against it right now I've included the implications here that will make those tags a little more efficient at least for the time being.
This now covers all of the tags containing the string "tattoo" (except for non-tattoo images, like tattoo machine) with over 15 posts and a wiki page.

create implication crescent_tattoo -> crescent
create implication musical_note_tattoo -> musical_note
create implication skull_and_crossbones_tattoo -> skull_and_crossbones
create implication pentagram_tattoo -> pentagram
create implication yin_yang_tattoo -> yin_yang
create implication arrow_tattoo -> arrow_(symbol)
create implication ankh_tattoo -> ankh
create implication rainbow_flag_tattoo -> rainbow_flag
create implication triforce_tattoo -> triforce

And here are the symbol implications for those tattoo tags between a 100 and 15 post count.
Just a quick note about these symbol implications is that I've only made the implication if what the tattoo depicts is a symbol or a flag. I think it would be silly to have something like cat_tattoo imply cat, because there isn't necessarily an actual cat in the image, but symbols and flag are always depictions.
