How about the text on the right? There's some white text on the right. And the bottom-left too.
I can make out "omedetou gozaimasu" at the upper right, but the kanji are too pale and stylized for me to recognize. I can guess from context that it says "Congratulations on your marriage", but as noted, that's just an educated guess. The text at lower left is too small and stylized (and too hard to see against the paler areas of the background) for me to read at all, I'm afraid.
At least I've managed to QC the lyrics so they fit the rhythm a bit better. Natural-Log had most of the romanization all right, but the last line starts with "okurimasu" not "inorimasu".
This is one of the most wholesome things I've ever heard. I teared up, when listened to it for the first time. I wish I'd known about Touhou earlier
