There is a christmas one but it's in bits and pieces. I'll try to piece the whole thing together and upload it.

Also, I'm assuming part of the title's joke is suppose to be connected since it can be read as "Akebono-kāchan" with the O being part of both words, but I can be over-thinking it.

It isn't. The tag is referring to how Akebono is acting motherly here like Houshou. Removing tag.

The "O" also cannot be part of both words in Japanese, as "o" 「お」 and "no"　「の」 are distinct, separate kana.
