I tried translating as best I could, but there are some things I need help with.
On the fourth panel (well, the fourth picture) I'm not entirely sure what 小鋼炮 refers to. I gave it a guess, but someone with more knowledge about cars should check.
On the last picture, I left the first half of Ark's speech bubble untranslated because I don't know what it means. It shouldn't affect a reader's understanding too much(hence why I left it like this), but it's still incomplete.
Lastly, the artist uses a number of "wrong words" (puns) to form jokes. For example, the verb for shame "辱" is written as "乳"(breast or milk); "the british empire" (大英帝國) was written as "the great clitoris empire" (大陰蒂國, yes, they sound the same in Chinese). I'm not sure how I should translate this, or if I should translate this at all.
I'll have leave it to more experienced translators, unfortunately. (Awaken, my master!)

Reminds me of the races that take place at night when the streets are deserted. People still do this here. I can still hear engines rev up in the distance.

Can't imagine Warspite being a hoon, but a good mangaka can make it work. :)

The phrase"小钢炮(simplified Chinese)"means hot hatchbacks.Your Chinese is pretty good.
"干哦，我看你明明自己想玩嗨，去换台阿斯顿马丁回来再说"should be translated into this:"Oh crap,you literally just want to have some fun on your own,go and switch to an Aston Martin"
One thing interesting is that Bismarck uses the phrase"油炸佬"to shame the Brits.If you just translate the phrase into two parts,"油炸"actually stands for the cooking method of fry.I think the reason of the author to use this phrase is because we Chinese consider fish and chips as the "National Dish"of Britain and English food is often considered to have a bad taste.
