Wasn't there like a decently competitive strat in one of the games that involved Magikarp?
F.E.A.R build would work, but that's mostly for trolling or as a last resort tactic (and Magikarp is less ideal for it too). Right in Golshi's alley, really, but Shakur mentioning "Fleet" implies there are at least three of them... at which point it becomes far less practical.
Though, yeah... Golshi might still do that for the lulz.
