Its kinda funny, when you do actually see legit caucasian`s in anything anime related they don`t really look any different than the characters that are suppose to be Japanese. Yet, when a character is Chinese, you can obviously tell by their looks and they way the character is drawn and behaves.
Fact is post WWII Japan has become heavily influenced by the West after being a pretty isolated country for hudreds of years and its sad that most of them don`t even realized it. The culture is still there but kinda fades ever new genoration, more and more citizens could care less.
