Who dislikes all of my comments? There is literally nothing wrong with this one. All I said was "Oh ok" and someone disliked it. Does Danbooru have bots? I'm genuinely confused

You already said it yourself; 'I should be quiet'. There's members that will downvote comments just because; it's within their right to do such, even if it's asshole-y. And no, most of the things here are done manually. There's no 'downvote bot'.

I know the people on this site hate my guts and will do anything they can to downvote me to no end. But I would like to say thank you for taking the time to explain to me what's going on, and I hope you see my comment before it gets hidden. :)

Danbooru's culture is a bit more strict than other places when it comes to comments. Providing useful context or interesting insights are more likely to get you upvotes, while spammy or low-content comments are more likely to get downvoted. Complaining about downvotes or deleted posts is also frowned upon and will just attract more downvotes. As Rathurue said, even if the downvotes are unfair, it's better to just not respond and move on.
You can ask for feedback for your deleted uploads in topic #7934. There's also a fairly recent thread discussing good commenting practice at topic #26062.
Also, most users won't even remember your old comments before long, so as long as you follow the advice in this comment and the forum threads, you should be fine.
