Meh, patchouli is cleary implying that she is getting abused by remilia, so, tag added.

I knew that she was Remi (and given Masara, the only other girl he draws as a futa is Satori, but that wouldn't make sense here), but I was always under the impression that the character themself had to be physically appear in a pic (penis could belong to anyone).

Much like a decapitated Youkai would be tagged death even though they most likely would survive what happened. Eh... it's not a big deal anyway, but I see why Remi would be tagged.

The demotivational "Nope. Still bored." came to mind..

Since the translators see that there's text implying Remilia, then, in a roundabout way, the "who" is confirmed by "what we see".
