helltaker
A short indie puzzle/romance/bullet hell rhythm game created by Polish developer vanripper. The full game is available for free on Steam, and can be comfortably beaten in about two hours.
It is about a man who wakes up from a dream of having a harem of demon girls and decides that he will descend into hell to make said dream come true, which earns him the nickname Helltaker.
Overall it's about a search for love, kicking skeletons around, trying not to get murdered by sharply dressed demon girls, getting murdered anyway, and chocolate pancakes.
There is also an artbook that fleshes out the characters a bit more. It can be unlocked through the secret ending, or purchased as DLC.
