[APPROVED] Tag implication: reien_girl's_academy_uniform -> school_uniform

tag implication #9262 reien_girl's_academy_uniform -> school_uniform has been rejected.

Reason: New tag for the school uniform Kara no Kyoukai. Since the uniform has a fairly consistent portrayal, please consider the implication for long dress, navy blue dress, long sleeves, white neckerchief, and white cuff.

Why not name the tag reien_girl's_school_uniform, then the auto implications for school tags will go into effect.

Also, we don't implicate common items for uniforms since the portrayal COULD be nonstandard, colors are often in the eye of the beholder, plus many tags are used only when a significant portion of the item is shown.

On list of uniforms there are serval precedences for translating “学院” to academy. I believe that is a more accurate translation and named the tag as such.

Yeah, but in essence they're virtually the same.

Regardless, I've never agreed with "academy" being used in the tags myself, but had no desire to get into a retarded edit war over it.
