Hair Grab alias

BUR #5120 has been rejected.

create alias grabbing_another's_hair -> hair_grab

Either this or hair grab aliased to grabbing_another's_hair instead. "Hair grab" doesn't sound ambiguous at all to me, and I feel it would be consistent with other similar tags like leg grab, ear grab, arm_grab, etc. Additionally, there's seems to be a lot of misstagging with hair_pull, based on its wiki. We could even create "grabbing_own_hair" alias for holding hair. I want to discuss and hear feedbacks because these hairs tags looks messed up and not very intuitive imo; I may also reject if the aliases seems pointless.

I created grabbing another's hair in topic #16349 because hair grab and hair pull were too ambiguous. They were both being used for holding your own hair and for pulling someone else's hair. I migrated most posts to either holding hair or grabbing another's hair but never got around to fully clearing the old tags. Hair grab has been nuked by now but hair pull still needs more cleanup.

The other *_grab tags have similar problems. There's high overlap and confusion between things like leg grab and leg hold, thigh grab, hand on another's leg, holding another's leg, etc.

The bulk update request #5120 (forum #183441) has been rejected by @evazion.
