Should forehead-to-forehead/cheek-to-cheek/ face-to-face/ nose-to-nose imply head-to-head?

The idea is to suggest this:-

create alias head_to_head -> head-to-head
create implication forehead-to-forehead -> head_to_head
create implication cheek-to-cheek -> head_to_head
create implication nose-to-nose -> head_to_head
create implication face-to-Face -> head_to_head

The alias is for consistency with the other tags.
The head to head tag always seemed to me like it should be the parent tag for all the above.
Thought maybe face-to-face might not be close enough for the tag? But I figured I would suggest it just to start the discussion.

I get that the naming of head to head is being used here in the literal sense, but I think it's a very awkward naming given the English meaning for it would be: in direct confrontation, opposition, or competition. It's connotations would more likely tie it with images like post #1577149 than images like post #1382975.

Having a parent tag would improve searchability. Face to face of course have a separate meaning as well...

Heads together?

Sure that sounds like it wouldn't mislead you into thinking it should be used for something else.

So the alias would be
head-to-head -> heads together
head to head -> heads together
