Hairpin VS Hair Stick

Hello I was wondering what exactly the difference between a hairpin and a hair stick is? Xu Fu from Fate seems to be mostly common tagged with hair stick but is sometimes instead tagged with hairpin. I believe she has what qualifies as a hair stick and not a hairpin, as seen here

I assume hairpin and hair stick are mutually exclusive, what exactly is the difference? I find it to be confusing. So should I go through her art and remove the hairpin and change it or hair stick? Should it have both? Or should I remove the hair stick from her arts and add hairpin instead?

Just by googling, we can see what the difference is. It's right to use a hair stick rather than a hairpin on that post.

Yeah I did that but some of the google images conflate and mismatch the idea of a hairpin and a hair stick, which unfortunately didn't help my confusion. So should I go through her art and remove hairpin and replace it with hair stick? Then it'll be consistent throughout.

Since you corrected the tagging on the the link I posted from hairclip to hair stick, I went and updated her other art that had hairpin to hair stick so it's now consistent throughout the site. In a couple of the images the stick wasn't showing as far as I could see so I just removed the hairclip tag. Hopefully this helps and was okay for me to do, sorry if I overstepped at all.

@RaisingK Wait, why did you remove the hair stick tag?

That was an automated edit just adding the md5 mismatch tag. You just happened to add the hair stick tag in the short window between when my program retrieved the post's tags and when my program resubmitted those tags with md5 mismatch appended.
