Deleting artist tag for art aggregator account

BUR #8408 has been rejected.

nuke sekaiarts

Linked Twitter is an art aggregator account. There was only one associated post and I already tracked down the artist, created the corresponding tag, and edited the artist tag for that post, so "sekaiarts" can be deleted.

You can delete artist entries by editing the artist in the artists wiki. No need for a nuke.

The bulk update request #8408 (forum #203089) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.
