The bulk update request #8115 (forum #201529) has been rejected by @DanbooruBot.
The witch tag is already being used both for "official" witches and costumes alike so there is no need for this inconsistency for similar tags. Therefore, I agree with this request and also add that jiangshi_costume and mummy_costume deserve to be consolidated, too. Even the "official" versions look like they might as well be costumes with how accessible it is for just about anyone to dress up as a convincing witch, vampire, jiangshi or mummy.
The ghost_costume tag is one good example of a (Halloween) costume tag that actually serves its purpose in conveying that it is in fact a costume and not a real (stereotypical depiction of a) ghost.
Additionally, I'm not convinced of the purpose of the fake_blood tag which, at the very least, should always imply blood. I doubt people blacklisting blood want to see "fake" blood just as much as I doubt that people searching for blood care about such an arbitrary distinction.
