BUR #8443 has been rejected.
create alias body_straps -> harness
nuke harnessed
Body straps are called a harness. No need for 2 distinct tags.
As for the tag harnessed, besides post #4574316 which I don't really know what to do with, since it technically features a harnessed (mountain climbing) character, none of the other 6 posts feature any harness or straps of any kind. Weird.
Does post #4649301 qualify as a harness? I moved the rest of them as they where indeed harnesses.
You dont need to make a BUR for nuking a tag with two posts. Just remove them manually.

To me it very much qualifies. A harness is a set of straps that are connected in a way that allows them to be weared over one's body.
In addition, the character is wearing a set of arm straps and thigh straps.
