Infection monitor utility alias

BUR #10258 has been approved by @Hillside_Moose.

create alias oripathy_monitor_(arknights) -> infection_monitor_(arknights)

I can never remember it's name.

The bulk update request #10258 (forum #212289) has been approved by @Hillside_Moose.

This alias makes infection_monitor appear above oripathy_lesion in autocomplete for "orip...". Not a fan.
