I wanted to make this an implication BUR, but it didn't quite work, so let's try it like this.
Academy is pretty much a synonym for school (or at least, a type of school). The vast majority of posts tagged with * academy uniform are also tagged with school uniform (8681 with both vs 1832 with just academy uniform), and oftentimes whether a school is called a school or an academy is dependent on the translation, so I see no reason to not have the implication/tag auto-add.
