Add tag for digimon virtual pet

I've only seen it here post #3742973 and here post #2568651 , but there's probably more of them. They're not tagged as digivices and probably shouldn't be tagged as such.

You can make a tag for it if it doesn't exist.

What about tamagotchi? Because that's what they are.

I think they're officially called digital monster, but I guess digimon_(virtual_pet) sounds better for a tag.
