Slugbox character qualifiers

BUR #19292 has been approved by @evazion.

create alias vomi_agogo -> vomi_agogo_(slugbox)
create alias cteno -> cteno_(slugbox)

Not sure why, but for some reason Slugbox's OCs aren't qualified like all our other OC tags.

I think there was a period where OCs with very unique and/or full names were not given the artist qualifiers.

Is it not still done? (Not that I agree with it)

Iirc an admin (NNT or evazion) has at least once stated they think OCs should always be qualified, and I agree, but I don't think we've ever actually sat down and discussed the topic to an actual resolution. Tag creators either follow howto:character, which doesn't mention OCs specifically, or they just do whatever. There's no real consistency in how OCs are tagged that I've ever been able to see.
