Unaliasing from muscular child

BUR #19254 has been rejected.

remove alias muscular_loli -> muscular_child
remove alias muscular_shota -> muscular_child
create implication muscular_loli -> loli
create implication muscular_shota -> shota

Part of the effort to make child and related tags apply only to non-sexualized young characters. The muscular child tag is currently used for both SFW and NSFW depictions.

This will partially undo a previous BUR from forum #213729. The muscular male child and muscular female child tags need not be considered because male child and female child are already on the chopping block (forum #249361).

Good idea. Also, I realize we may be able to use muscular loli and muscular shota in cases where censored tags are not necessarily warranted (like with oppai loli and the onii/onee relational tags), so I'll make another BUR without the implications since it accumulated quite a few votes already.

deprecate muscular_child
nuke muscular_child

To follow the precedent set by the deprecation and eventual nuking of male child and female child.

I think it could still have some utility for SFW posts, but that's what other users thought about male child and female child.

Caveat: The muscular child tag is much smaller (only 155 posts as of now) and thus much easier to garden.
