I remember when I first saw this tag I couldn't even figure out where the "character" was before I realized it was just her keychain.

It's /edit on the original BUR - click the blue text to get taken to the BUR page which allows you to edit it. What you're doing instead is editing the forum post, not the BUR.

It's not because Pizza Hut does not have a hyphen in its name. The qualifier should be the exact brand name if it's a brand outfit.
