Noticed someone arbitrarily flagged post #607822 for deletion today citing the above clause of the TOS
No objection from me obviously on the TOS, but thought this warranted a bit of clarification and feedback as this rule actually prohibits most or all of the artwork of fanatic_fetish. Should the rest of it be flagged too?

I think getting rid of most of fanatic_fetish's stuff would be a great idea.

I flagged it. It violates the terms of service and the picture's not even that great to begin with.

This part of the ToS was discussed previously in forum #17257 and forum #28997. I would like to flag some of the really blatant violations of this rule, but frankly some janitors/mods ignore this section of the ToS and will reapprove these posts anyway. That's what's happened whenever I flagged these types of things in the past.

Thanks for the background info! It does seem a bit arbitrary to me, not that my personal ideas of art matter.
The more salient point to me, seeing this single deletion flag this morning, is that certain artists have sort of carved out a niche drawing melontits and sausagecocks. Fanatic Fetish is one, Usatarou is one, Henmaru Machino has gone there (and everywhere else) and there are others obviously. If danbooru intends to maintain a standard like that, is a (partial?) purge of those artist's tags not the first step?
